Job Description:
Lead sponsorship fulfillment for a high-level tech conference, managing sponsor deliverables, event logistics, and stakeholder communication.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Oversee sponsorship fulfillment for a major tech conference.
- Manage sponsors' presence in the expo, ensuring all deliverables are met.
- Handle booth graphic trafficking, exhibitor kits, and registration platform (RainFocus - ERC).
- Coordinate budget management (AMO or MPO) and sponsorship deliverables.
- Review sponsorship contracts and enforce compliance with event regulations.
- Conduct booth selection and interpret floor plans for sponsor placements.
- Create deliverable decks and reports using PowerPoint.
- Lead multiple internal and external meetings via Teams, Slack, and Zoom.

Must-Haves:
- Proven experience in sponsorship fulfillment for a tech conference.
- Proficiency with RainFocus (ERC registration platform).
- Strong understanding of booth selection, exhibitor kits, and floor plans.
- Budget management expertise (AMO or MPO).
- Ability to create compelling deliverable decks in PowerPoint.
- Experience reviewing sponsorship contracts and ensuring compliance.
- Strong leadership presence, capable of leading calls with sponsors and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Teams, Slack, and Excel.
